Pet Policy

Misty Harbor does not allow guests to bring any pets on property. Unit owners are accountable for the actions of their guests and will be subject to fines for any violations involving unauthorized pets.

Smoking policy

To ensure a comfortable environment for all, smoking is prohibited in rooms, on decks, and along the beach area.

Guests may use our designated smoking locations throughout the property.

Pool

Our heated saltwater outdoor pool is available seasonally, generally operating Memorial Day through Veterans Day.

This schedule may vary due to weather.

Parking Policy

Each unit has its own designated parking space.

Overflow parking is very limited, especially during concerts and holiday periods.

All guest vehicles are required to be registered. Failure to register may result in towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
